De Grote Poëzieprijs bekroont jaarlijks de beste bundel van het voorgaande jaar met een bedrag van €25.000. De jury van De Grote Poëzieprijs 2021 bestaat uit de directeur van Poetry International Inez Boogaarts; neerlandicus en poëzierecensent Jeroen Dera; schrijver, dichter, vertaler en programmamaker Nisrine Mbarki; dichter, redacteur en docent Thomas Möhlmann en neerlandicus en radiomaker Frits Spits.
