Deze gloednieuwe smartphone werd op woensdag 20 februari gelanceerd door Samsung en beschikt over veel nieuwe, innovatieve features. Een daarvan is een vingerafdrukscanner om de telefoon te ontgrendelen. Deze is namelijk verwerkt ín het scherm. Dit houdt in dat gebruikers hun gloednieuwe smartphone niet meer hoeven te ontgrendelen via de achterkant van het toestel.\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003Cp>Volgens Android Central (bron) is de in-screen vingerafdrukscanner een mooie toevoeging aan het toestel, maar zullen de meeste screen protectors die gemaakt zijn van gehard glas niet werken in combinatie met deze nieuwe ontgrendelfunctie. Een flexibelere oplossing, zoals de ClearPlex ProtectionPro, maakt het wel mogelijk deze nieuwe ontgrendelmanier te gebruiken.\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003Cp>De nieuwe, ultrasone vingerafdrukscanner in het scherm van de Galaxy S10 is ontwikkeld door Qualcomm. Zij ontwikkelden een innovatieve 3D-sonische sensor, welke een 3D-afdruk van de vingertop maakt met behulp van geluidsgolven. Dit zorgt voor een veel nauwkeurige afdruk van de vingertop, waardoor je telefoon nog beter beveiligd is!\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003Cp>De ClearPlex ProtectionPro Matte en Ultra zijn nu beschikbaar in de ProtectionPro app voor alle drie de gelanceerde Samsung Galaxy S10 modellen, net als voor de nieuwe Huawei Mate 20 Pro.
