The shares in the share capital of Titan are listed at Euronext Amsterdam. As a consequence of the abovementioned purchase of shares, STAK ER also obtained approximately 63% of the voting rights. Although the STAK ER obtained a controlling interest (\u003Cem>overwegende zeggenschap\u003C\u002Fem>) in Titan, it is not obliged to launch a mandatory public offer for all the shares in the share capital in Titan as it is exempted under Dutch law due to STAK ER acting as a trust office (\u003Cem>administratiekantoor\u003C\u002Fem>), independent from Titan, which sole purpose is to act as a trust office (\u003Cem>administratiekantoor\u003C\u002Fem>) holding shares for administrative purposes (\u003Cem>ten titel van beheer\u003C\u002Fem>). For each such share in the share capital of Titan, with the cooperation of Titan, STAK ER has issued a depository receipt (\u003Cem>certificaat\u003C\u002Fem>).
