AMSTERDAM, the Netherlands – 8 September 2017 - albelli, one of the leading European photo product companies headquartered in Amsterdam, announced today that it has reached a definitive agreement to acquire ReSnap BV.
ReSnap BV, based in Nijmegen, the Netherlands, is a fast-growing technology based start-up company using artificial intelligence (AI) to enable consumers to quickly create personalized photo books in a fully automated way. The AI automatically selects the best photo sets, which, combined with a smart auto-layout solution, provides a composition of a photo book within minutes.
This acquisition combines the European reach, marketing, technology and manufacturing expertise of albelli with the unique AI based photo selection and auto-layout solution of ReSnap.
