Finture Solutions is op zoek naar innovatieve startups en scaleups die in Nederland zijn ingeschreven bij de KVK, maar actief zijn in opkomende markten. Ze hebben een oplossing ontwikkeld die bijdraagt aan de verduurzaming van de energie-, landbouw of watersector. Ondernemers kunnen zich aanmelden van 2 april tot en met 19 mei 2019.\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003Cp>Finture Solutions is een samenwerking tussen de NL Business activiteiten van FMO en Rockstart, een van de eerste accelerators in Europa. De twee bedrijven gaan samen op zoek naar Nederlandse startups die wereldwijd een positieve verandering brengen in opkomende markten, of het nu gaat om innovatieve landbouwoplossingen, energieproducten of knowhow over waterbeheer. Bovenop het ontwikkelingskapitaal, zullen de winnaars steun krijgen van FMO experts om hun bedrijf te laten groeien.\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003Cp>Linda Broekhuizen, Chief Investment Officer bij FMO: “Een bedrijf opzetten in opkomende markten, het aantrekken van financiering en verder opschalen is moeilijk voor startups. Finture Solutions overbrugt de financieringskloof en ondersteunt startups die groei stimuleren, evenals lokale impact in opkomende markten.”\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003Cp>FMO biedt ondernemers verschillende mogelijkheden om een betere wereld te bouwen: of het nu gaat om klimaatinvesteringen, het creëren van banen of het verminderen van ongelijkheid. Bij Finture Solutions gaat er speciale aandacht uit naar het aanmoedigen van gelijke deelname voor mannelijke \u003Cem>en\u003C\u002Fem> vrouwelijke ondernemers. Dit jaar concentreert de uitdaging zich op de domeinen AgriFood, Renewable Energy en Water. Zowel hightech als lowtech oplossingen kunnen de prijzen winnen; van off-grid energie oplossingen tot afvalwater technologieën en moderne agrarische management systemen. Het initiatief is mede mogelijk gemaakt door steun van het Ministerie van Buitenlandse Zaken.\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003Cp>\u003Cstrong>Hoe aan te melden? \u003C\u002Fstrong>\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003Cp>Startups kunnen tot 19 mei 2019 een aanvraag indienen voor Finture Solutions. Een commissie van deskundigen zal vervolgens de aanvragen beoordelen en de beste tien bedrijven uitnodigen voor het pitch-evenement op 26 juni bij Rockstart. Tijdens het evenement krijgen de startups de kans om hun business case te presenteren aan een panel van leden van de raad van bestuur van FMO, Rockstart directeuren en Nederlandse ondernemers.
