ERCI announces that it conducted transactions in Titan Shares

Rotterdam, the Netherlands, January 7, 2025 - Reference is made to the joint announcement of 23 December 2024 by the Offeror and Titan regarding the intended Offer. Pursuant to the provisions of Section 5, paragraphs 4 and 5 of the Decree, ERCI announces that it conducted transactions in Shares of Titan, the details of which are stated below.

Volume weighted average price (€): 2.30

The highest price per Share paid in a transaction conducted today was EUR 2.30 per Share.

Based on the transactions set out above, ERCI acquired today a total of 809 Shares representing 0,04% of the Shares.

These Shares, together with the Shares already owned by ERCI and irrevocably committed to ERCI, equals 198.180 + 1,296,178 Shares, representing 72,89% of the Shares.
