Europ Assistance België verkoopt eerste polissen via Axon-platform van Keylane

Europ Assistance België (EAB) heeft een succesvolle go-live afgerond met Axon, het end-to-end SaaS-platform van Keylane, waardoor EAB kan starten met de verkoop van polissen via Axon.

Met een groot lokaal netwerk en meer dan 50 jaar ervaring, biedt EAB uitgebreide reisbescherming, mobiliteitsoplossingen op maat en service pakketten. Dankzij hun internationaal netwerk van respondenten en partners is Europ Assistance over de hele wereld aanwezig om hun klanten te bedienen met gepersonaliseerde oplossingen.

Door over te stappen naar het Axon platform van Keylane, pakt EAB verschillende doelstellingen op die hun bedrijf toekomstgerichter moeten maken. Deze go-live zal worden opgevolgd door de migratie van EAB's portefeuille, waarbij al hun particuliere activiteiten via Axon zullen lopen. Vervolgens staat de migratie van de commerciële producten op de agenda.

Michel Kennis, ICT-directeur bij EAB, zegt: "Europ Assistance België is de eerste van de EA-bedrijven die met Axon in zee gaat. De samenwerking met Keylane is uitzonderlijk verlopen. EAB koos voor Axon omdat ze een configureerbaar platform zochten met veel flexibiliteit waarmee ze kunnen reageren op de groeiende behoeften van hun klanten. Tegelijkertijd willen ze innovatie stimuleren en meer bedrijfsautomatisering realiseren. Met de uitgebreide functionaliteit van Axon zal EAB een snellere time-to-market hebben met meer flexibiliteit en controle over de producten.

Europ Assistance Belgium sells first policies through Keylane’s Axon platform

Utrecht, March 8 2022.- Europ Assistance Belgium (EAB) completes a successful go-live with Axon, Keylane’s full-service standard SaaS platform, enabling EAB to start selling policies through Axon.

With an extensive local network and more than 50 years of experience, EAB offers comprehensive travel protection, tailored mobility solutions and support packages. And, thanks to their international network of correspondents and professional partners, Europ Assistance is present all over the world serving their policyholders with personalised, customisable solutions.

By migrating to Keylane’s Axon platform, EAB addresses several business goals intended to empower their operations to remain future fit. This first step will be followed by a large migration of EAB’s portfolio, facilitating all their private business operations to flow through Axon, followed by the migration of commercial lines.
